Q. What is the date of the race and what time does it start? |

if the online registration isn’t working?
|
A. You can either try again in a few hours or scroll down the page and there is a section that says “Printable Entry Form” where you can download an entry form and send through the post. |
Q.
Have I been entered in to the race?
|
A. You should have received a confirmation email when you entered. If so you can track your order status by going to www.sportsystems.net/SussexBeacon. Select the 'Your Account' option and log on using the email address and password used when the order was created. If your order status remains 'Pending' payment has not been taken and you are not yet in the race. You will find more details by selecting the “Troubleshooting” menu option. Follow the instruction here to select your order and then re-submit payment. You can also visit http://www.sportsystems.net/sussexbeacon/Scripts/default.asp and look at the “Have You Entered” section situated in the top left corner of the page underneath the checkout. |

Will there be medals at the 2010 Sussex Beacon Half Marathon?

A. Yes, there will definitely be medals in 2010. |
Q. Can I help out at the event? |
A. Most definitely! There are all kinds of roles that need filling on the day. You can never have enough helpers and every helper gets a free breakfast. Go to the volunteers section of the website |
Q. When will my race pack arrive?

A. The race packs will be sent out in early January 2010. |

Will there be baggage storage on the day?
|
A. Yes there will be a baggage storage area near to the start/ finish area. |

Q.
Can I raise money for my own charity?

A. Yes you can. Just enter the race as per normal and then feel free to arrange your own fundraising for the charity of choice. |
Q.
Are there lots of hills on the course?
|
A. The course is fairly flat with a couple of small hills along the cliff tops to Rottingdean in the third quarter of the course. |

Will there be changing facilities on the day?

A. No sorry there aren’t any available. |
